India’s journey toward Viksit Bharat @2047 is not only a Government's vision. It is a shared national responsibility, and our youth have a vital role to play in making it a reality.
At Mishan Yuva Vikas (MYV), we believe youth should not simply prepare for the future. They should be prepared to contribute to building the future.
MYV is an independent, youth-centric journey and youth movement inspired by the vision of Viksit Bharat @2047.
We seek to help youth become capable, confident, responsible, and ethical changemakers—with the mindset, capabilities, character, and leadership to contribute meaningfully to society and the nation.
Our competency model is KSEB:
Knowledge → Skills → Experience → Behavior
Because knowledge alone is not enough. Competence is demonstrated through what we can do, what we experience, and how we behave.
A Changemaker Leader must also have character:
The courage to do what is right.
The discipline to keep going when it is difficult.
The empathy to understand, care, and respect others.
The commitment to honest hard work.
The integrity to do what is right even when no one is watching.
